    Now that you have reached an agreement with the vendor and you have gained his confidence, you have to make things happen and take action. In order to do this, Caroline Salette will analyze the brokerage contract from all angles. She will help you answer questions that arise during the drafting of the contract: price discussions, contract duration, related costs, compensation and sales taxes, necessary declarations, etc. The brokerage contract will then become a promise of service, not merely a promise of sale by the broker.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Learn how to:<\/strong><\/p>\n
