Ticket purchasing

When purchasing an event ticket you are agreeing and acknowledging that Groupe Salette is granted permission to use any testimonials or messaging you provide to the company for the purpose of print and/or electronic marketing material.

There is a possibility that dates / time and location for this event could change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please check the website or our Facebook for the most current information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, refund and substitution policy for an event; It is possible to cancel a registration for a continuing education activity and to obtain a reimbursement of it or to change a session date to which you are registered:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail no later than 14 days before the start of the training session. Please note that no refund will be issued outside this period unless the application is accompanied by a supporting document. At that time, Groupe Salette evaluates, on a case-by-case basis, the situations eligible for reimbursement.
  • Any request for a change of date must be sent by e-mail no later than 10 days before the start of the training session. Please note that no changes will be accepted outside this deadline, unless the application is accompanied by a supporting document. At that time, Groupe Salette evaluates, on a case-by-case basis, the situations eligible for a change of date.

A fee of $ 250.00 (+ taxes) applies in all cases.

No credit is given for further training.

Groupe Salette reserves the right to cancel a training session if the minimum number of participants required is not reached. In such eventuality, Groupe Salette will notify registrants as soon as possible and inform participants of the later date of replacement.

No substitution of participants is possible.
