Caroline Salette is the owner of RE/MAX ROYAL (JORDAN), which is composed of six RE/MAX offices, making it, to date, the most successful RE/MAX Real Estate Agency in Québec, and this, for 11 consecutive years. She manages 40 employees and nearly 200 Real Estate Brokers.
Caroline Salette, who has always been very passionate about her career as a Real Estate Broker, is known to have sold a home every 52 hours. Caroline Salette was only 18 years old when she began her career in Real Estate. Alongside her father, she started as the administrative office manager of nearly 550 apartments. In 1992, at 21 years old, Caroline joined the ranks of Le Permanent as a Real Estate Broker before her career path lead her to RE/MAX ROYAL (JORDAN) where she flourished for 15 years.
It is her persistence and ability to push her own limits that lead to her success.
In 2006, she ended her career as a broker by making the most important decision of her professional life, and purchased the largest RE/MAX franchise in Québec; The RE/MAX ROYAL (JORDAN) office where she has been working ever since. Then, in 2013, her passion resurfaced and she decided she wanted to once again be part of a Real Estate transactions. Even after 7 years of absence, she had the wind in her sails and immediately resumed the same path to success. This awakened in Caroline Salette a new consciousness related to her ways of doing and being, as well as her work ethics being shareable and teachable as well as imitated and taught.
In 2015, two years after returning to the field, she created Groupe Salette, a personalized coaching service for brokers and sales people of all fields. It was by realizing that there was a need for this type of training seminar in the sales field that Caroline Salette created the seminar “Survive or succeed: the choice is yours!” through which she shares her knowledge and Real Estate techniques acquired during the course of her career.
Today, Caroline Salette is a Real Estate Broker/Owner of six offices (Beaconsfield, Pointe-Claire, Île-Perrot (Pincourt), Vaudreuil-Dorion, Hudson—Saint-Lazare and Lachine) and manages nearly 200 affiliated Real Estate Brokers for whom all her energy is dedicated. For the last 25 years, Caroline Salette has always been passionate about her career as a Real Estate Broker, all while remaining the head of her Brokerage office and establishing herself as one of the most renowned coaches in the field of Real Estate in Québec.
